Insight Diversity and Inclusion Policy
At Insight we believe in the benefits that a diverse workforce brings namely it is more productive, creative, adds to employee wellbeing and furthermore that it is important that a workplace it is reflective of the wider society.
Since the start of 2020 we have put in performance metrics to measure our performance in supporting our clients to achieve greater diversity and individuals from diverse backgrounds to access opportunities within the London insurance market.
We regularly brief our staff on diversity topics and report on insurance industry initiatives and encourage feedback from the experiences of our clients, candidates and team members. Each member of staff is fully briefed on the individual responsibilities that they have to fully support this.
Where Insight can particularly add value in this respect is to promote the diversity friendly policies of a client which we have shown to increase the levels of relevant recommendations from searches and our advertising responses by stating this.
The Diversity Performance Metrics are fully engrained in our working practices and the ongoing review of them ensures the continuing delivery of Diversity by Insight.
