This large insurer with global operations are recruiting for a new role within their internal finance /consulting team. This is an ideal role for an ACA Accountant looking to utilise their technical accounting and insurance knowledge in a fast paced and dynamic London market environment.
Core responsibilities will include
Providing technical accounting expertise and analysis for new IFRS developments including IFRS17, IFRS9 and Solvency II
Develop accounting capability across their group entities for IFRS and Solvency II
Responsibility for regulatory and technical reporting matters across group entities
Evaluate and embed reporting changes requiring a high level of stakeholder engagement
Implement major accounting projects
Advising on major business development initiatives and commercial advice
You will realistically be working (or recently worked) within the accounting profession in either an advisory or audit capacity at assistant manager or manager level. This is truly an ideal opportunity to move into the insurance industry at a global player.
