A global specialty insurer and re insurer based in the City of London, is currently recruiting for Operations Assistants on a fixed term contract basis to join their organization and support the team with a big data entry project.
The client operates within diversified insurance businesses providing their clients with a broad range of risk transfer products. You will have the opportunity to provide support to highly experienced underwriters and ensure efficiency and effectiveness across a broad range of administrative activities.
Maintain electronic claims forms up to date, ensuring they comply with audit guidelines
Accurate data entry within defined service levels
Handle and investigate general enquiries via telephone and email
System testing on upgrades to systems and various projects
Previous experience in a similar role in the insurance market
Good numeracy and analytical skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office systems
Strong communication and team working skills
Excellent attention to details and ability to prioritise workload
