A successful Lloyd’s broker going through rapid growth are looking for an individual with a good understanding of Great Plains/Dynamics to join their finance team as a management accountant. This is the ideal role for an individual with a few years experience within this area who is looking to expand their skillset. The role will involve full training and will include a wide range of involvement in the BAU accounting functions with duties including the production of management accounts, quarterly VAT returns, assisting with statutory accounts, calculation of accruals and prepayments, assisting with the preparation of budgets, control of key balance sheet accounts and the oversight of a junior member of staff. A strong systems background is essential as the role will also have the responsibility for the maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics and the further development of its function within the accounting framework.
