An excellent opportunity for an individual seeking their first IT role in an office environment. Our client is a well established insurance broker based in the City of London and you will provide First Line Support for users and assist the Manager and Infrastructure Administrator. Responsibilities will include: First Line phone support for hardware and software, setting up new users, desktop PC building and imaging, daily/weekly backups of infrastructure and providing IT and office equipment support.
Ideally you will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent with an A Level or GCSE in ICT. You will be a confident communicator with excellent skills in Microsoft Office 365 Applications (Outlook, Word and Excel), with the ability to work on your own initiative and good teamwork skills.
