As this insurance organisation continues to grow, they have created a new role of Finance Operations Senior Manager to be responsible for the development and smooth running of their insurance operations/finance teams. This will include responsibility for Treasury, Credit Control and accounts teams including core areas of payment processing, cash management, balance sheet reconciliations and credit control.
Key responsibilities will include:
Management, development and mentoring of teams,
Responsibility for the treasury and cash management functions,
Responsibility for the credit control operations,
Developments of process and practices within these finance operations teams,
Build relationships with the wider finance function and business and
Working with Finance Change teams of the development and implementation of new target operating models.
This role would suit a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) with a strong background in insurance finance operations. A strong manager and motivator with excellent finance change experience. This is an exciting time to join this leading insurance group as they continue to grow.
