An excellent opportunity for Auditors with a proven track record in the insurance industry, ideally the Lloyd’s Market, to join a highly regarded and well established company based in the City. You will have an underwriting of commercial insurance including binding authorities, excellent communication, planning and organisational skills and the ability to work self-sufficiently and within a team environment. You must also be willing to travel throughout the UK and Europe. Audit/accounting qualifications would be desirable.
Key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining audit protocols and procedures for the management of the business and a risk based oversight plan covering all MGAs, TPAs and producing brokers. You will be coordinating and visiting each live MGA on a regular basis and undertaking thorough audits; producing reports following site visits and obtaining agreement from key stakeholders to manage any changes. You will assist the due diligence department in the assessment of new MGAs and work closely with Group Internal Audit to ensure smooth running of the audit and successful implementation.
