Accounts Assistant

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 plus benefits | Location: London

An excellent opportunity to join one of the City’s most sucsessful insurance companies! The role is responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable function and additionally recording journals and performing cash reconciliations. The AP duties include both dealing with suppliers and expenses including reviewing expenses compliance with company policy, raising payments for suppliers and outwards reinsurance, use of the Concur system ensuring VAT compliance, assisting with internal and external audit and assisting other team members. The role is iniatlly on a contract basis with excellent prospects of becoming permanent.
