On meeting with one of our consultants, candidates will enjoy an in depth discussion focussing on us gaining an understanding of exactly the type of role and company required, and we will provide constructive advice on areas such as CV presentation and interview tips.

Confidentiality – We realise that the Insurance sector is a niche market and treat all information very confidentially. We never release a candidate’s name or CV without express permission. Our office, which is situated in Austin Friars, is only a short walk from the heart of the London market and is discreetly located.

Preparation – Insight strives to provide a value added service in preparing candidates for interview. Not only will we thoroughly cover the duties of the role, we will develop candidate’s knowledge of the interviewers and any other relevant information.

Feedback – Interview feedback can be a great aid to candidates enabling them to adjust and improve their interview approach. We encourage our clients to share feedback with us and we will always faithfully pass this on.

Ongoing contact – We realise how important your job search is so we are always only a phone call away.

If you recommend a friend to Insight Recruitment Solutions and we subsequently place them in a new role, or you tell us about a vacancy that we go on to fill, you will receive the following reward*:

For permanent or contract roles £250
For temporary roles £100

*To be eligible for this bonus the contact or vacancy must not currently exist on our database. We will immediately confirm the status of the referral in writing. Temporaries must work through Insight Recruitment Solutions for a minimum of 4 weeks.
